If you decide that an item isn't right for you, We invite you to visit your Returns Page or Contact Us directly to process a Return Request. All returns must be sent back within 5 days from the date of delivery and we must be intimated of a Return/Exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order. Failing to do so would affect your Returns.
If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Write to firstname.lastname@example.org an email explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as possible… !

- To qualify for a Return, We must be intimated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- All Returns will be shipped back by the Buyer to Retag. Please reach out to your Personal Shopper for the Return Address.
- All items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached, dust bag, Original Invoice, Authenticity Certificate etc.)
- The Product Return Tag must be intact.
- Product(s) sold during sale are Non-Refundable.
- We offer Exchange & Store Credits of the Purchase value with the validity of 6 months on all Returns. All store credits can be used on one or multiple transactions.
- NO Returns on Apparels is being entertained during COVID-19.
- 100% Cash back is provided only if the product is proven to be In-Authentic. Please reach out to us to know how to claim a Cashback for an In-Authentic Product.
- ReTag is not responsible for any Colour discharge/fading once the goods are sold.
- ReTag does not entertain exchanges pertaining to any colour variations in the merchandise which may arise due to Digital Photography.
