If you decide that an item isn't right for you, We invite you to visit your Returns Page or Contact Us directly to process a Return Request. All returns must be sent back within 5 days from the date of delivery and we must be intimated of a Return/Exchange within 24 hours of receiving the order. Failing to do so would affect your Returns.

Important to know
- To qualify for a Return, We must be intimated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- All Returns must be shipped back by the Buyer to Retag within 24h of receiving of the order. The Return Shipping Fee is to be borne by the Buyer. Incase the Buyer is unable to ship, they can request Retag for a pick-up.( additional shipping fee will apply) Please reach out to your Personal Shopper for the Return Address.
- All items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached, dust bag, Original Invoice, Authenticity Certificate etc.)
- Incase the Buyer fails to send the product back in the same condition as sent by Retag, then Retag has full right to to decline the acceptance of the Return Product or may choose to deduct a certain amount as per the damage incurred. Incase Retag declines acceptance of the said return , the shipping fee from Retag to the buyer will be bourne by the Buyer.
- The Product Return Tag must be intact.
- Incase a Buyer doesn’t accept their order and refuses to accept it, the order will come back to us and we will forfeit the advance amount paid towards the same.
- All products purchased from Our Offline Store in Vasant Vihar are Non Returnable.
- Product(s) sold during Sale or on Discount Cannot be Returned.
- We offer Exchange & Store Credits of the Purchase value with the validity of 6 months on all Returns. All Store Credits to be Re deemed in one go.
- Credit Notes cannot be Redeemed during Sale. All Credit Notes are valid only on Full Priced Merchandise.
- NO Returns on Apparels is being entertained during COVID-19.
- 100% cashback is provided only if the product is proven to be in-authentic. We need a written document on the letterhead/email by the brand confirming that the said product is in-authentic within 15 days of receipt of the said product . Pls reach out to us to know more incase of any further queries
- Retag is not responsible for any colour discharge/ fading / breakage / damage to the goods once sold.
- ReTag does not entertain exchanges pertaining to any colour variations in the merchandise which may arise due to Digital Photography.
- Please make an unboxing video of your purchase upon receipt of the package.
