Pricing will depend on a number of factors like brand, style, product condition and market demand to list a few. At Retag, we try to decide the costings mutually with the client so our sellers can get the best-value out of their pre-loved products. Our Sales Team will then provide a tentative costing based on the product pictures and your expectations and a confirmed costing upon reviewing the product physically.
At Retag, we try our best to give you the desired costing. If any pricing is un acceptable, we can always rework it for you. In case, we cannot fulfil your expectations, we can send your item back to you at a nominal service fee of Rs 400 (within New Delhi/NCR) to cover our courier cost or you may also choose to pick up your item from our headquarters at no charge. For our Pan- India sellers, return shipping charges may apply as per actuals.
No, We keep it simple, there are no hidden costs involved. The Price that we offer to you is the Price you get In-Hand. All you have to do is list your product with us and earn while sitting at home.
Retag does not charge any fee for listing of the products. All you have to do is Consign your products with us and wait for them to Sell. Sell & Earn

At Retag, we aim to keep transparency with our Sellers. Hence, we have designed a very simple Commission structure. We wish for our sellers to have the maximum gain after selling their products.

Retag charges a Flat 20% Commission on Products below INR 1,50,000 and a 23 % Commission on products above INR 1,50,000.

Please be advised that our Commission includes free pick up, product spa, listing and promotion of your products on our Social Media platforms, Website and are exclusive of GST.

Please note as mentioned in our Digital Contract which was signed by you while consigning the products , the Return Shipping Fee is to be borne by the Seller payable directly to the Shipping Company.
Each item that you submit goes through a multi-level authentication process by our Experience in - house specialists and our third party authenticators based in the USA
If an item doesn’t clear our authentication process and is proven to be a Counterfeit then unfortunately, we are unable to list such items and it will be delivered back to you for a service fee of Rs 3000 per product (additional shipping charges may apply) as selling Counterfeits is both ill-legal & against our Company’s Policy. If the seller doesn’t pay for their Counterfeit product within 30 business days, ReTag would donate the same to a NGO.
We offer an initial listing duration of 4 months. You may choose to remove your item from the listing once the contract is over or extend it by another 2 months as part of a promotional offer.
Please be advised that Retag arranges free pick ups for all major luxury brands. Incase the seller is only giving us brands like Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Coach, Furla, Love Moschino, Karl Lagerfeld etc to name a few, Retag will not be arranging the pick up and the seller will have to send their products to us. Yes, ReTag signs a digital-contract with all their sellers with a validity of 4 months which entitles the safety of our sellers products.
Your item will be listed at the agreed price for a period of 4 months as per the contract. Any reductions in the costings will be first approved by the seller and then only processed.
You may Remove your product from the listing at any time. But if for whatever reason a product is removed before the contract is over or 4 months then a service charge of 20% will be levied per product upon the cost offered to you as our handling fee.
If an item doesn’t sell within the contract period or 4 months , you have the option of taking your item back, in which case we will deliver it to you at a nominal fee of Rs 400 or a free pick-up option is also available from our Headquarters. For PAN INDIA sellers, a nominal courier fee will be applicable as per actuals. Alternatively, you may also choose to extend the listing of your items by an additional 2 months with promotional pricing.
Once an item is sold, Retag pays its sellers within 48 hours. Payments are made via cheque or bank transfer.
For specific items we may be able to offer a cash pay-out option upon request and needs to be collected from our Headquarters. All Cash Pay-outs are subjected to deduction of 5% as our handling fee and will take upto 15 Business Days. (W.e.f 1st Aug 2021 - For all Old & New Sellers ) Alternatively you may choose Bank Transfer Option which is without any deduction and is remitted within 24-48 hours. The seller can only give one bank account and funds cannot be split into multiple bank accounts. Pls reach out to our Seller Support team and they will be happy to answer any questions regarding this.
Yes, we buy items from specific brands like Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Faure le Page, Gucci etc if they are in Pristine to New condition and from the Latest Collection. Payment for any Outright Purchases are processed within 21 Business Days.
Yes. In order to ensure successful sales, most pre-owned items will go through bio – cleaning which includes cleaning of interior, exterior, taking care of the stains if any, re-furbishing the hardware etc before the photoshoot and online listing.

Yes , Retag can terminate the Sellers contract midway incase the seller is not respectable towards the Company’s policies .

Retag holds the right to charge 20% termination charges per product as mentioned in the sellers contract as we have incurred expenses such as photoshoot, product pick up, social media promotion etc to name a few.

Incase the Seller is offensive & abusive towards the Company, the contract will be terminated and the Sellers products will be shipped back upon full payment.

Any shipping charges will be additional and to be borne by the seller upon receipt of the products.

Once your Contract of 4 Months has been realised or when the Seller asks us to Dispatch the product (more than 4 months Contractual Period ) , Retag takes 7-10 business days (from the date your contract ends/or more than that time period) to dispatch your products.

However, if in these 7-10 business days we get a Buyer who wishes to buy the product, Retag will go ahead and proceed with the sale without prior confirmation from the Seller.

Retag is not responsible for the goods once they have been shipped out once the contract period is over as we use third party logistics.

Please make an unboxing video if you have recieved your products / box in a damaged condition so Retag can take it up with the Shipping Company.
